If you are have a Facebook or Twitter account (or both), did you know that you can have your activity here on the KearsargeConnects Community Bulletin Board appear there as well? It's easy and allows you to keep your followers updated on what you're up to without having to log in and make updates all over the place. It's called... social networking!
When you are logged into your KearsargeConnects profile, anytime you add an update, view or add a photo, view or add a listing on the forum, write or view a blog, add or view a video, etc., you can click on the Twitter or Facebook icon below the item you are at and have an update posted to your Twitter or Facebook account. You can even update when you're looking at someone's profile ... so say you see one of your Facebook friends just joined KearsargeConnects: you're looking at their page and you can update your Facebook page directly from your friends profile that you are checking them out on KearsargeConnects.
You will be asked to connect your KearsargeConnects account to your Facebook and/or Twitter account and once you do, you can have your posts sent to your page (Facebook or Twitter) everytime you click on that little icon.
For example, you're reading this blog. If you wanted to share with your Facebook or Twitter contacts that you are reading it (or want them to read it), you can click on the icon below and a box will appear with what the update will be on your Twitter account (you can rephrase it if you choose) and link to the item (in this case, this blog entry) in your Tweet. Facebook works pretty much the same way.
It's a great way to share your updates.
