Bradford Bog People

Lively foot stomping traditional music of the Appalachian Mountains, from Eastern Kentucky, the Virginias, the Ozarks & North Carolina, performed on banjo, fiddle, mandolin, and guitar. Performances feature the rhythmic banjo and fiddle (dance tunes), unusual fiddle tunes played in archaic tunings, and ballads. Often joined by Tii McLane from VT, who sings beautiful harmonies w/ Beth, clogs, & plays fiddle, banjo, and guitar. Performance venues include Barn Dances, Bandstands, Coffeehouses, Conferences, Festivals, Farmers Markets & Pubs. The Bradford Bog People released their first CD in 2007, entitled "Live in the Bog” and their second CD “Boglands,” in 2008. Their new CD "Fully Peated" will be released early this year.
